FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you have a question about our services, you might well find the answer right here... If not, just give us a call. We'll be happy to help!

Our minimum orders are as follows:
1 x plain garment
1 x embroidered or transfer printed garments
1 x screen-printed garments.
As for larger orders, the sky's the limit! We can handle orders of any magnitude: just call 01274 009521 for an excellent, competitive quote.

We charge a one-off embroidery digitisation set-up fee of £15 for each new design. Screen origination is charged at £15 per screen or colour.

You will normally receive your embroidered or screen printed clothing between five and ten working days after artwork approval. Lead times may rise during peak seasons or due to availability: however we'll keep you fully up to date if these circumstances should arise. If you need the garments in time for a given date, please let us know and we will always try to meet your deadline.

Yes, we'll happily send you samples of any of our products – just ask. Samples are charged in full but can either be used in your order or returned to us for a restock charge.

We offer screen or transfer printing as well as embroidery. Click here for more detail on our logo branding methods.

The following formats are acceptable:
Embroidery: High resolution JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS, AI, PDF
Printing: Vector AI files and EPS files
Vector Illustrator and EPS files are the preferred files types. It's easy to differentiate between vectors and other formats. If you zoom into a vector, you will see no jagged edges or distortion. If you zoom into a bitmap, the image and edges will become blocky. Don't create a bitmap file and then save it as a AI or EPS file: it's still a bitmap and would be unusable unless we re-draw it for a fee.

To make sure your order is exactly as you want it, we always email artwork proofs for your approval. Indeed, we won't begin production until your signature confirms that you're happy with them! Once a proof has been signed off by you, we cannot accept responsibility for any amends.

We'll certainly try! With our extensive network of trusted suppliers and the capability to create bespoke items too, we can solve most of our customers' sourcing problems!
